Hannah combines academic success with years of community volunteering and mentoring with heart condition children. Aged 23, Emma has a Science Degree in Genetics, and has also grown up with a heart condition. She is determined to keep building scientific knowledge to help as many people as possible through becoming a Genetic Counsellor. This Grant will assist Hannah with post-graduate studies in Melbourne while continuing her volunteer work.
